The Health and Human Services Agencies with whom we work span the spectrum of care: Mental Health, Substance Use, Social Services, Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities, Autism, and Child/Family Services. Health and Human Service Agencies are the cornerstone of our foundation as a company. Our managing partners have over 40 combined years of personal experience including almost all front-line and leadership roles within our clients' organizational chart. We truly know what "a day in the life" of both agency staff, and the clients they serve, looks like!
Our Peak Performance Coaching Division includes professionals and athletes, both on an individual and team level, boards of directors, public speakers/product demonstration specialists, and leadership teams across a variety of industries.

Besides adding to her experience working as a certified peak performance coach, Kyrra Springer has held roles such as Case Manager, MH Clinician, Crisis Interventionist, Quality Analyst, Manager of Corporate Compliance/Quality Assurance, and Strategic Solution Consultant.

With an initial career focus on finance, Justin Kerner has worked as a Staff Accountant, AR/AP Specialist, Fiscal Director, and Sr. Manager of Solution Consulting. Justin has also held a variety of board of director positions, including Treasurer, Vice-President, and President.
